SFA's core strength is the way we treat our clients. Most activities identified in an association's Request for Proposal (RFP) are quite standard, and any competent association management company (AMC) responding to the bid should be able to provide those services.

We believe what sets us apart from many AMCs is the way in which we work with our clients. We are truly partners with them in helping them manage the association and in helping their association evolve into an organization which can assist its members to grow personally and professionally.

We are very flexible with our clients, and consider their mission as our mission. We strongly believe that the needs of our clients must be put ahead of the needs of the firm.
We have found that working openly and honestly with a client, continuing to talk about our relationship on an ongoing basis, and discussing ways to make the relationship better, work more efficiently, and ultimately serve the needs of their members better, is the best way to maintain a long-term relationship with a client. Those are exactly the kinds of relationships for which we are looking. We are interested in long-term relationships.
